You will do this by identifying, targeting, and recruiting content creators that have proven mastery of at least one side hustle.This role at Fud is solely focused on Content Creators. What does that mean? It means that we are looking for someone motivated and driven to develop, manage, and grow a roster of content creators across all social platforms and to partner with them to join the Fud community.Core Responsibilities:

Develop, define, and execute a multi-level recruitment strategy and pipeline to expand talent roster across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.Help manage and convert existing talent into brand advocates.Strong organizational skills to manage clients' preferred communication, calendars, and sponsor schedule platforms.Responsible for meeting weekly growth goals to help build an audience in alignment with larger Growth Team weekly goals.Maintain communication with clients from roster to brands and agencies.Use content creator analytics to better understand how they can grow their audience and engagement.Negotiate brand partnerships for the company roster, when applicable.Work with Community Manager and Social Media Content Producer to continuously grow a positive and inclusive social media presence by monitoring commentary across Fud’s socials and O&O properties.Qualifications:

You are a hustler and have one or more side hustles.You have created a strong network of talent connections and brand contacts.You have a deep understanding of the Creator Economy landscape and are actively learning more about each platform's changes/functionality.Experience building an online community or launching an app is a bonus.Personally managing talent is a plus.Project management skills and flexible cross-collaboration within a startup environment.Legal right to work in the US.Preferred Education & Experience:Education: Preferred BA/BS or relevant work experience.Experience: Must have 2+ years of digital talent management experience and/or advertising/marketing sales.
