Overview:

Responsible for the overall planning and execution of the EMEA and LATAM marketing program including demand generation, content, and customer communications to drive brand awareness, market education, revenue growth, customer retention and upsell, and other related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing programs including demand generation, content, and customer communications to drive business growth against local market strategies in the EMEA and LATAM regions.

Manage and work closely with external agencies and Go-to-Market teams to deliver high-performing online and offline marketing programs with a focus on account-based marketing to drive new customer acquisition, retention and upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Generate engaging and innovative content across all channels (website, blogs, social media, email, collateral, branded materials etc.) to differentiate HireRight as a market leader in EMEA and LATAM.

Lead and develop communications programs with compelling value propositions to support integration and engagement of customers as part of our merger and acquisition strategy.

Collaborate with business leaders and teams across regions and functions to drive business and marketing needs.

Maintain and apply in-depth knowledge of current and developing industry and marketing trends, as well as legislative and regulatory developments affecting the background screening in local markets.

Support overall marketing team goals and programs, ensuring success for the regions.

Deliver other marketing projects as the business strategy demands.

Occasional traveling for work may be required.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications, or related field.

Other Qualifications:

5-7 years' experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including online and offline lead generation, content, and communications programs in B2B Enterprise organisations.

Familiarity with planning and delivering local marketing tactics across multiple countries in EMEA/LATAM preferred.

Proven work experience in writing digital and customer-facing content. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.

Proven track-record of success in partnering with Sales for common goals.

Strong relationship management skills.

Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans.

Understand marketing metrics and digital campaign tactics including but not limited to SEO and targeting.

Knowledge of Content Management System, email automation and customer relationship management systems (especially Salesforce Pardot, etc.).

Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing several initiatives together.

Results-driven, self-motivated, organised, proactive, collaborative.
