Responsibilities
Create engineered solutions using NX - from concept through 3D design and 2D detailingDesign and/or modify CAD models per customer specifications using NXPrepare design layouts utilizing Unigraphics (UGNX) on complex units and mechanismsMake design computations as requiredPerform needed engineering calculations as necessary, including material selectionPrepare general specifications, such as bills of materialsWork with layout drafters and detailers to achieve a completed designUse manual or computer skills to complete design drawingsHave basic knowledge of GD&TMeet all customer requirements
Qualifications
Experience in CAD Software1+ year of experience in Tooling DesignFamiliarity with material and componentsAnalytical ability to recognize and solve design and mechanical problemsOral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Unigraphics (UG/UGNX) experienceBIW weld systems experience
