We seek a talented visual designer with a passion for motion graphics to help us evolve our brand and drive customer engagement.
Daily Responsibilities:
Craft compelling visual designs: Design eye-catching ads, marketing materials, and visual components that elevate the brand and drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Optimize ad performance: Leverage your expertise in ad design and optimization to create high-performing visuals that resonate with our target audience and deliver measurable results.
Bring designs to life with motion: Use your motion design skills to infuse our brand with dynamism and interactivity, creating engaging animations and visual effects for our digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of your designs into the overall experience.
Champion brand consistency: Contribute to the evolution of our brand identity and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
3-5+ years of relevant work experience: Proven track record in visual design, with a strong emphasis on ad design, optimization, and performance.
Expert in design and motion tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other relevant design software.
Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills: Ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals and effectively address design challenges.
Exceptional portfolio: Showcase your best work in ad design, visual communication, and motion graphics, demonstrating your creativity, technical skills, and ability to deliver impactful results.
Data-driven mindset: Experience using data and insights to inform design decisions and optimize ad performance.
Collaborative spirit: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for motion: A strong desire to leverage motion design to elevate the brand and create engaging user experiences.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in the telecommunications industry: Familiarity with the internet service provider landscape is a plus.
