What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Support the execution of marketing activities, including webinars, workshops, and large-scale eventsAssist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track registration and sales follow-upHelp with contract submissions and budget trackingDocument program deliverables to ensure scalability and repeatabilityWork closely with the Field Marketing Manager for Healthcare/Life Sciences and Public Sector
What is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of 2 years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software companyProficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail) and Microsoft ExcelExceptional customer service skills for business partner interactionsExperience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plusWillingness to travel for events when appropriate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience in a high-growth tech startup environmentFamiliarity with reporting and dashboard creationStrong organizational skills for managing multiple projectsKnowledge of marketing strategies specific to the Healthcare and Public SectorExperience in contract management and budget tracking
