Senior Performance Marketing LeadLocation:

Austin, TX

We are looking for a high-performing, growth-oriented marketer to join our Performance Marketing Team. As the Senior Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across multiple business units.

Your role will involve driving revenue through building, measuring, optimizing, and scaling a diverse portfolio of paid media channels, starting with paid social (Meta), and expanding into other digital performance and social platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, and more.

What you’ll be doing:

Serve as the primary business lead in defining, building, and executing Realtor.com’s performance marketing vision and strategy across multiple business units (Buy, Sell, Rent).

Act as the leading expert and executor in Paid Social performance marketing.

Collaborate closely with Meta and our agency to ensure ROAS and performance goals are met. Ensure strong partnership work with Meta.

Validate the ROI of paid social meta, demonstrate business impact.

Scale performance marketing efforts beyond Meta to other strategic channels, including TikTok, Snapchat, and more.

Partner with product marketing managers to develop and optimize feed-based and technical marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the creative team to create top-performing creative assets. Advocate for great performance creative.

Work with product marketing to ensure proper pixel and tracking implementation.

Identify and implement new ways to drive revenue through performance marketing.

Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media channels in-house and/or owned and optimized a complex program with proven results in influencing business outcomes.

BA/BS degree in marketing, business, economics or related field, MBA a plus.

Experience using online advertising solutions such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, DSP, SA360, Kenshoo, Adobe Ad Cloud is required.

Basic/Intermediate SQL experience a plus.

Experience with web analytics software such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is required.

Deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics including CPA, CPC, CPM and RoAS.

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail.

Strong Excel skills with experience building complex spreadsheets, including pivot tables, multi-function formulas and elaborate graphs.

Superb written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with a broad spectrum of both internal team members and external vendors/partners.
