OVERVIEWWe are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to oversee a thriving all-age community with 812 sites in Sunnyvale, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and maintain strong resident relationships to foster a sense of community.Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns promptly.Manage day-to-day operations including rent collection, financial management, resident screening, and property maintenance.Collaborate with local regulatory agencies as needed.Oversee property sales, leasing, and refurbishment projects.Lead and develop property staff.Manage vendor relationships and financial approvals.Plan and execute resident events.

WHAT IT TAKESProven experience and excellence in residential property management.Strong customer service orientation with a focus on community building.Supervisory experience preferred.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software.Valid driver's license required.
