Simply put, no detail is spared.Through the hands of our growers we create great tasting, responsibly produced, authentic foods that nurture community and enhance your quality of life.Job DescriptionThe Consumer Marketing Specialist will become vital to Divina's small but mighty consumer team, reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager. We are looking for someone fearless and ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work with our flagship brand, Divina (@eatdivina on IG). The ideal candidate is someone who will grow with us, has a true passion for consumer-packaged goods, has in-depth knowledge of the grocery/retail space, and has worked within the CPG/Food sector for at least four years. If this sounds like a team you want to join, we welcome you with open arms.Essential FunctionsRetail MarketingAssist in the development and execution of consumer-facing marketing campaigns to drive growth with our retail partners. (Brick and mortar, online, etc.)MerchandisingSignage/Point-of-saleCoupon programsRetail mediaeCommerceManage our in-house fulfillment program for Divina MarketOrder fulfillment and shipping (supervise a team of part-time fulfillment staff)Ensure successful order fulfillment for any consumer promotions, sponsorships, partnerships, giveaways, etc.Manage, maintain, and answer all incoming customer support inquiriesInventory management: ordering, intake, and inventory auditsCoordinate sample shipments for all affiliates and influencersServe as main customer service chat representative for Divina Market digital propertiesDigital MarketingManage and create the content communications calendar in collaboration with the creative services team for Divina Market's digital platforms.
