As a UX Designer on our client’s team, your work will be instrumental in enabling creators to achieve financial independence and continue pursuing their creative aspirations.

Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Your roleAs a UX Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing experiences that strengthen the connection between creators and their communities. You’ll work hand-in-hand with PMs, Eng, UXR, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to create products that make these connections more meaningful and impactful. In our fast-paced environment, your ideas will directly influence how creators thrive on our platform, shaping the future of creator monetization.Responsibilities:Work with other designers and alongside stakeholders to drive design solutions.Create design deliverables including storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mocks, prototypes, and specs.Rationalize and communicate designs to both internal and external teams via compelling storytelling.Collaborate effectively on a team and be willing to explore all options.Work closely with UX research to establish research direction and better inform designs through a user’s point of view.Work closely with our platform UX, Engineering, Product Management, and leadership throughout all stages of the product cycle, from inception through to delivery.Understand business goals and seek to understand competitors, opportunities, and challenges.Qualifications:5+ years of relevant UX design experience.Strong design portfolio of thoughtfully designed products including examples of experiences for mobile and desktop.Strong core interaction design skills, knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, and a good understanding of usability.Preferred but not required: Experience working on consumer-focused, freemium products.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90.78 to $100.87 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
