The Project Manager must manage all factors that determine project success to ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters. Client centric is in your DNA and your ability to work with diverse backgrounds and personalities is critical. This role requires strong leadership to work collaboratively with every department – including strategy, design and experience, technology, and data. Success comes via strong overall technical and web development knowledge, experience with various technical platforms and software with a strong background in web project management. Responsibilities:
Guide projects from inception to completion by facilitating team productivity across all disciplines - using a full scope and breadth of user interaction, design, content, development, and production of project towards achievement of goal.Develop and maintain project schedules, contributing to all of our success by ensuring internal and external teams are aligned.Consult with web project team to plan, estimate, and manage budget targets to achieve overall goal of on-budget delivery.Manage projects towards reducing and eliminating risk. Anticipate necessary contingency plans and respond mindfully for resolutions.Continuously communicate with all stakeholders to ensure complete service and delivery expectations.Manage by proactively addressing potential client issues to minimize customer service issues and to facilitate the effective communication of changes to project scope and structure.Effectively manage stakeholder relationships for long-term opportunities.Exercise leadership for the team by demonstrating strong work ethics and mature interactions.Adopt and promote processes and tools that will increase project efficiency among the broader organization.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in agency project management that specialize in delivering full-scale website redesigns.Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and an efficient time manager.Candidate should possess a clear understanding of the principles of Project Management and appropriate methodologies and processes.Clear and concise written and verbal communication.Proven ability to meet deadlines and to deliver to budget.Able to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively.Comprehend Functional Requirements and Business documentation.Emergent understanding of MS Office tools.Experienced with managing projects utilizing Drupal, Sitecore, WordPress, or other equivalent CMS.
