Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Your role:As a strong individual contributor, reporting to Strategy and Offer Marketing Chapter Leader (Sharon), you will support her to give comprehensive contribution on offer marketing aspects, including ramping up the overall marketing competence of Service LoB. You will also be inhouse marketing consult, support optimization of Service Offer Portfolio, by bringing in more external views.

Your missions:Encrypt outside-in thinking value proposition methodology into innovation framework.Coaching all squads on marketing, by using outside-in thinking methodology, especially enhancing the cautiousness of the competition from alternatives in target markets.Give support and governance to Product Owners for better offer positioning, including support to new offers' business case calculation methodology (to be done by Product Owners).Being the key contributor in Competitors' Service offer Deep Dive:Analyze market landscape, and conduct in-depth competition study on offers.Support league marketing managers to benchmark positioning for strategic offers vs. competition, and define our unique competitive advantages.Lead Services offer business intelligence, covering:

Market analysis (eg. disruptive technology which will impact offer positioning).Support analytics for M&A or divest to optimize our service offer portfolio.Ideation study to support Energy Management Divisions on Serviceability decisions.This role requires travelling 10% to 20% and can be based either in either Nashville, TN or Boston, MA.

Your profile:Master or MBA education.You have 10+ years' experience in Marketing function, strategic thinking, marketing transformation and offer creation.

Your skills:Engineering /science background to be able to quickly understand all relevant Schneider Electric offer portfolio.Data analytics skills as well as synthetical presentation skills (written and verbal).Accustomed to fast-changing, complex and ambiguous environment.Ability to communicate in a global environment.Autonomous & takes initiatives.Team Player - passionate and dynamic leader with the energy and ability to obtain alignment and work effectively across a complex, global matrix organization.Ability to network, influence and convince other organizations.Demonstrated ability to lead a project.English mandatory.
