Description: As our
Senior Marketing Specialist , you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies and managing day-to-day marketing operations. This position requires a versatile professional with excellent time management skills, a broad marketing skill set, and the ability to drive results across various channels while juggling multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:Design marketing materials including brochures, logos, and print advertisementsPlan and execute nationwide marketing campaigns on search and social media platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, and LinkedInManage and create content for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)Engage with audience across social media platforms to build brand awareness and loyaltyDevelop compelling copy for various marketing channelsLead and execute brand development initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpointsAssist in updating the company website, ensuring content relevance, user experience, and SEO optimizationOversee photography and video editing projects. Ability to capture some in house photo and video assetsAssist in vendor relationships for outsourced services (e.g., print vendors, merchandise shops, marketing agencies)Represent the company at industry trade shows, dealer trainings, and open houses. Will require up to 30% travel in order to attend these events.Engage and communicate effectively with small business owner landscape companies that make up our customer baseRequirements:
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media marketingProficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)Strong copywriting and content creation skillsExperience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channelsKnowledge of SEO and SEM principlesFamiliarity with video editing and photographyExcellent project management, organizational, and time management skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with small business owners and industry professionalsExperience in the outdoor power equipment industry is a plusThis position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to make a significant impact on our brand's growth and transition into a departmental leadership role as our marketing team expands.
