ESSENTIAL DUTIESPrioritizes, tracks, handles, and maintains records of the elements, costs, and time schedules of multiple projectsEfficient with design software and applies engineering fundamentals to prepare designs meeting requirements of internal and external clientsDetermines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and creates sample layoutsPrepares quantity and cost estimate for project within quality specifications, financial constraints, and time schedule for projectsPrepares layout prints for supervisor or clientReviews final layout and suggests improvements as needed and presents final layout to supervisor or client for approvalPrepares final layout for printer on paper, film, or disk. 10-15 years of related experienceTwo-year technical degree or CertificationW/WW drafting/design industry experienceProficiency in autoCADDCOMPENSATIONThe hourly rate for this position is $39.00 - $62.00 per hour. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
