Were looking for a candidate with a proven track record in B2B growth marketing who excels in understanding the fintech and the buyer decision-making process.Most Important Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Create and implement effective demand generation strategies to enhance lead conversion rates, close rates, and funnel velocity.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and refine multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, content, digital ads, and events. Monitor campaign performance and metrics to drive continuous improvement.Analytics and Optimization: Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and analytics platforms to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, conversation rates, and ROI.Content Creation: Develop and manage content for website, newsletters, blog posts, drip campaigns, and sales materials.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Go-To-Market Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Design teams from ideation through execution.What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization:3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial services or technology.Campaign management experience; proficient in testing and optimizing campaigns with a data-driven approach.Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Braze, or Hubspot.Proven ability to identify target audiences and create engaging digital campaigns.Strong understanding of fintech and the payments landscape, or a quick learner.Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, Life InsuranceCompensation: $113K - $126K#J-18808-Ljbffr
