The Vice President will work as part of the Consumer Bank line of business focused on Engagement Marketing which has a specific emphasis on supporting customer engagement strategies.

As a Marketing Manager Engagement Marketing, Primary Bank Vice President you will leverage your strong marketing and campaign strategy experience to develop customer engagement strategies to enhance primary bank checking and savings customers, with a focus on improving awareness and utilization of account benefits and deepening customer relationships. You will also partner with several cross-functional teams to create campaign strategies that lead awareness and affinity with the products and services we support. In addition, you should enjoy building something from the ground up that can enhance quantifiable business results as you partner with the Analytics team to build robust performance score cards to continually evaluate and optimize program objectives and results.

Job responsibilities:

Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales and Digital teams to help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, lead innovation and deliver business results driving primary bank behaviorsSupport campaign strategy, planning and implementation of Consumer Bank engagement marketing initiatives across the customer lifecycleContribute to the engagement strategy utilizing omni-channel approaches inclusive of all channels: branch & banker, digital, email and owned/paid media channelsDevelop test-and-learn agenda by working across a cross-functional teamRecommend solutions and testing plans to improve customer experience, focused on removing customer pain points and roadblocksPartner heavily with the Digital and Analytics Centers of Excellence in all aspects from opportunity identification through implementationRequired qualifications, capabilities & skills:

4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital/Technology or Business Management7+ years of marketing experience with proven track record in direct-to-consumer or digital marketing strategy, innovation and customer experienceDeep knowledge across all communication channels including web, email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and paid/display mediaStrong analytical, problem solving and planning skillsExcels at managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal presentation skills - especially for C-suite audiencesHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power PointPreferred qualifications, capabilities & skills:

Financial services industry experienceDevelops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team playerProven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve resultsSkilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization with continuously changing priorities
