Manager, Partnerships
,
your responsibilities will primarily be two-pronged:
1.
Leading the planning, strategy development, and execution of Partnership marketing efforts within Starbucks and external Partnership channels.
2.
Lead the Project Management and Execution of our next phase of our partnership strategy, ensuring we’re setup for long-term success
As a
Manager, Partnerships , you will:
Own the partnership go-to-market strategy
through the planning, strategy development and execution of multi-channel, multi-brand integrated marketing campaigns, focused on driving consumer awareness, Starbucks Rewards member acquisition, and partnership engagement
Leads and influences cross-functional, cross border teams ,
and external agencies
to deliver collaborative and cohesive integrated marketing plans
Possess a test-and-learn mentality , passionate about performance tracking & ultimately delivering results, through the gathering consumer/channel insights, analyzing program effectiveness, shares summarized findings internally and with leadership, and then integrates learnings into future marketing initiatives
Oversees consumer positioning, creative brief creation, and development of partnership creative assets , with a passion for creative A/B tests, tracking and optimization. This role will also oversee how the Starbucks brand shows up in external partnership channels
Lead the Project Management
on the development and execution of the next phase of our partnership strategy, creating project plans and workbacks, managing timelines to ensure continued progress, and collaborating cross functionally as it’s brought to life
Ideate, seek and execute promotional marketing campaigns , including multi-region Starbucks partnerships, payments related campaigns, and other marketing related opportunities that may arise
Manages day-to-day relationships
and acts as the face of Starbucks
with Partnership marketing teams, and external Creative and Media agencies
Develops and manages internal and external Partnership marketing budgets , and leads the quarterly and annual budget forecasting exercises, and monthly accruals
