Position: Sales Consultant

We are seeking the next member of our team as we are growing!

We are on the hunt for our next hunter who is highly specialized in kitchen and bath remodel sales. You will know that you are our person the moment that you read through the specifications for this role.

Our next sales consultant has impeccable people skills, an incredible eye for detail, and décor suggestions that are highly specialized in kitchen and bathroom remodel and design projects. You thrive in this arena and own it!

Key Responsibilities for this role are as follows:

Lead Management and Initial Contact:

Respond to and follow up on all inquiries from scheduled customers and leads.

Call all leads that come into KTU through our app.

Follow the 3-question process to determine if the prospect is ready for a consultation

Sales Consultation:

Complete the Sales Consultant Call (SC) within 24 hours after all appointments are scheduled.

Confirm Project Timing (specific to a week and a day)

Confirm Project Scope

Confirm Project Budget (Price bracket potential range based on understood project scope)

Attend all client meetings required to complete the sale.

Provide project quote to customer during initial design consult unless further complex project scoping is needed.

Assist the homeowner in all product selection or turn over to showroom sales team items not selling.

Financial Discussions:

Review and present KTU financing options for all opportunities.

12 months same as cash

Finance plan with monthly payment amount

Documentation and Contract Management:

Prepare and complete all contract documents.

Discuss project timeline checklist (new document to be created and provided automatically after contract signing)

Post-Sale Activities:

Complete any thank-you letters and follow-up correspondence.

Schedule with Project Manager/Ops Manager the Project Handoff Document within two days of a completed new contract. - Take proper before pictures and file in our project app and folder for the customer. - Complete Project Handoff document.

Conduct homeowner follow-up post-installation appointment. - Take after pictures, deliver project gift and packet. - Ask for a one-question survey to be sent.

Business Development:

Attend marketing events (home shows and other local events).

Engage in local networking with professionals (interior designers, realtors, etc.).

Attend chamber and other networking events

Training and Compliance:

Ensure full attendance and compliance with the training program.
