Sr. Graphic Designer - RejuvenationAbout the role:As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand by creating high-quality, innovative designs that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and report to the Sr. Manager of Creative Services, ensuring that our creative output is consistent, impactful, and delivered on time.Responsibilities:Design and execute various marketing materials, including digital, print, and video assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Creative Services to develop creative concepts that support marketing and ecommerce strategiesRefine and enhance existing designs, ensuring consistency and high quality across all deliverables.Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.Review final designs, ensuring they meet project goals and align with brand standards.Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve our design process and output.Contribute to the development of design templates and systems to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.Support the Sr. Manager of Creative Services in brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions that drive business results.

Qualifications:4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital media.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative CloudSkills in illustration, motion design, and video editing are a plus.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly.A keen eye for detail, typography, and composition, with the ability to refine and elevate design work.A strategic thinker who can balance creative vision with business objectives.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.Ability to work onsite in the Portland office full-time, pending state, local, and company return-to-work guidance.
