ResponsibilitiesJob Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing digital marketing projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will be the key point of contact for internal team members, providing regular updates and managing projects, and ongoing initiatives expectations. The ideal candidate is a problem solver at heart and adopts a servant leadership style to support our teams.

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.

Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and client expectations.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that may impact delivery.

Monitor project performance using KPIs, ensuring client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Manage maintenance and improvements post-project, addressing ongoing needs and potential future opportunities, often conducting retrospectives.

Drive process improvements across project management workflows to optimize efficiency and team collaboration.

Strong proficiency with project management software (Jira, Monday.com, Excel and similar tools) and processes. Experience conducting scrums and sprint planning sessions is a must.

Ensure effective communication and regular reporting with both internal stakeholders and Leadership throughout the project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, ensuring that projects and operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes planning, execution, and closing of projects, while maintaining excellent communication and fostering teamwork among internal teams. In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing ongoing, evergreen initiatives that require continuous management without a fixed end date. This includes maintaining and optimizing long-term product and organizational relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of services, and adapting processes to meet evolving business needs. The candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to manage recurring deliverables, monitor performance over time, and drive continuous improvement to ensure sustained success.

Requirements Gathering: collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements and understand business goals. Ability to break down the project scope into releases and coordinate a phased approach to achieve quick speed to market.

Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and performance adjusting as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

Excellent communication and presentations skills. Ability to translate project plans into digestible business updates to the Leadership team.

Facilitate regular project meetings with internal teams to track progress and address any issues.

Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

Maintain strong relationships with internal team members, providing exceptional support and collaboration.

Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, performance metrics, and post-project evaluations.

Lead scrums, backlog grooming, and sprint planning sessions.

QualificationsEducation/Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and account management, with a focus on digital marketing. They should possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, and have a proven track record of successfully managing digital projects.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

PMI CAPM or similar project management certification is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital marketing projects.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
