What will you be doing?

Barclays Services LLC seeks UX Design Lead in Henderson, NV (multiple positions available):

Craft colleague experiences to understand areas of opportunity and support business goals.

Shape and define the services Barclay’s offer to customers and colleagues.

Partner with Operations and Technology teams, to drive the voice of our colleagues and our customers.

Develop strategy for colleagues across the Consumer Bank & Payments business and support through continuous execution.

Take complex concepts and simplify for excellent Customer (card holders, banking clients, merchant and private banking clients) / Colleague experience (call center and back office operational colleagues)

Develop Barclay’s products and provide input into the relevant channels while partnering with process experts to act as the voice of the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Create strategies and execute to better Barclay’s colleague processes and procedures that have an ultimate impact on customers.

May telecommute.

Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $172k per year

Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $175k per year

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for incentives pursuant to Barclays Employee Referral Program.

Purpose of the role

To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.

Accountabilities

Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights.

Participation in projects and initiatives to improve performance & optimisation efficiency and effectiveness.

Development of reports and presentations on performance & optimisation and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.

Identification of industry trends and developments, and collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimisation processes.

Development and implementation of analytics and reporting performance & optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.

Identification of capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information.

Vice President Expectations

Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross functional areas of impact and alignment.

Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
