Job Summary:Provident is seeking a productive, highly organized, and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of current trends and digital marketing strategies to join our growing team. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting the social media coordinator with social media channels, creating marketing deliverables for all Provident Verticals, and assisting with the analysis of marketing data.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will join a small team of marketing professionals to assist with design marketing, digital marketing, branding, and internal communications.Supports the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations.Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, content marketing, etc.) for all company verticals.Manage the day-to-day aspect of email marketing initiatives, including the creation of emails, list management, scheduling, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other data sources.Support the planning and execution of events.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.Assist in the management of the company’s website, including updating content and coordinating with the web development team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry (architecture, engineering, construction, development, and/or real estate).Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.Possess strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and creative content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.Ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities that align with brand identity and objectives.Graphic knowledge in layouts, typography, and marketing design language.Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, Canva, Microsoft Office, etc.Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is technologically savvy, able to transform ambiguous ideas into defined strategies and content, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.Able to work well with various types of personalities and work styles.Ability to take ownership of a project and see it through to completion.Capable of working productively in a team setting, as well as independently.A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a creative approach to conscientious problem-solving are essential.Experience collaborating with different teams to get the job done.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
