We specialize in helping manufacturers through every stage of their automation journey with consulting, custom automation equipment, and optimization services. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a marketing professional who can take our brand to the next level and support our mission of becoming an industry leader, especially in the Life Sciences field.Why This Role Matters:As the first full-time, in-house marketing resource, you'll have the unique opportunity to build and execute the marketing strategy from the ground up. This role will shape the brand messaging across all platforms, drive business growth through go-to-market strategies, and manage campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company growth goals.Brand Management:
Lead branding efforts, craft compelling messaging, and ensure consistent representation across platforms.Content Creation & Digital Marketing:
Manage website, SEO, and ad campaigns. Develop marketing collateral for sales, events, and trade shows.Event Planning:
Plan, manage, and execute trade shows, customer events, and promotions.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, technical teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.Qualifications:5+ years of B2B Marketing experience, preferably in industrial automation or a related industry.Experience with managing marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.Proven ability to convey complex technical ideas in clear, engaging formats.Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.Proficient in tools like Adobe, Canva, PowerPoint, and AI tools.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required.Why Join Us?At Automation NTH, you'll work in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture that values professional growth.
