Proposal Desktop Publisher

DescriptionAs a Proposal Desktop Publisher, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Proposal Coordinator to create compliant and visually appealing templates for proposal documents. You will work closely with various personnel to facilitate efficient and effective proposal development and ensure compliance with RFP requirements. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint, as well as the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet proposal deadlines.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating compliant and quality templatesCollaborate with personnel to facilitate proposal developmentEnsure compliance with RFP requirementsPerform visual Quality Assurance of proposal deliverablesFacilitate hardcopy and electronic deliveryBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience or high school degree and 12+ years of related experienceExpert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePointGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work overtime and weekends as neededActive TS/SCI ClearancePreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other Creative Suite software
