If you're ready to make a significant impact and lead our organization to new heights, we'd love to hear from you.RESPONSIBILITIESThe responsibilities of our Director of Marketing include, but are not limited to:Build and develop an internal marketing team, creating successful initiatives and measuring ROI on all campaignsBuild strategic partnerships with the executive leadership teamOwnership of the full customer website experience from first interactions to product check outMaster company product lines to effectively market and promote themCreate and managed all departmental budgetsDevelop, enhance, and perfect internal and external marketing materials, increasing and enhancing brand reputation and recognition among customersOwn the development of key marketing initiatives, including lead generation, video content, and social media to increase brand awareness and visibilityCollaborate with the Sales team to significantly increase online sales conversions through strategic B2C marketing effortsDevelop and expand wholesale brandsGrow the Weatherables Professional Program (Contractor / Installer partnerships) to break into new marketsMaintain strong relationships with external marketing firms to ensure cohesive branding and marketing strategies

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Groveport, OH.QUALIFICATIONSRequired:7+ years of marketing experience, including direct to consumer eCommerce website / 3rd party marketplace product sales and brand management5+ years of proven team leadership and growth experience3+ years of experience managing department budgetsExperience managing external partners/vendorsDemonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with executive leadershipPreferred:B2B marketing experienceProfessional videography experienceWebsite development experience, including SEO and digital advertisingSocial media management experience across multiple channels, focusing on sales conversionsExperience in eCommerce within the building industry (e.g., Home Depot, Amazon, eBay, Lowes)4-year Marketing degreeDesired:Experience in the fencing and railing industryCopywriting experienceTHE COMPANY – WEATHERABLESWeatherables is a leader in the B2C vinyl fencing and railing industry, dedicated to providing high-quality, eco-friendly products.
