We thrive in the fast-paced environment of a young company and are strongly motivated by the belief in our potential for impact.What You Will Be DoingWe are looking for a highly motivated, detail-obsessed marketing manager who can strategize, craft, and deliver our message across all types of content and in all channels. The right candidate will be a confident self-starter with the ability to quickly assimilate strategy and put it into action, someone who can collaborate with leadership to grow our community and brand presence with a creative mindset and meticulous execution.You will work with the team to assimilate brand and product positioning and deploy it in meaningful marketing programs, campaigns and content. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to roll up your sleeves to turn strategy into hands-on action.

Our ideal candidate will have experience marketing within the Architecture-Engineering-Construction (AEC) industry experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIESAs a strategically minded marketing specialist, you’ll be focused on growing Modwall’s community and social media presence, creating product collateral including customer specific communications and social media posts, and elevating the brand.Strategy: In collaboration with the leadership team, craft an annual marketing plan that focuses on growth and awareness.Social Media Management: Develop and implement a consistent social media presence for Modwall, owning content design and development, editorial calendar, and deployment across channels.Content Creation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine our marketing collateral to support customer engagement.Sales Collateral & Tools: Manage the strategy and production of sales collateral, including sales presentations, proposals, product demos, training materials, catalogs, line brochures and more to support sales efforts and customer engagement.Paid Campaign Management: Help develop and deliver a new paid campaign to support awareness and the development of a lead funnel.Vendor Management: As necessary, help identify, retain and manage external freelance or agency support for content, creative and paid campaigns.Showrooms & Events: Help the leadership team manage strategy and logistics for physical or experiential programming.QUALIFICATIONS3-7 years marketing, communications, and/or social media management experience in a fast-moving corporate, startup, or design consultancy environmentProven experience managing social media content, editorial and communityCRM experience with Salesforce, Zoho, Monday, or similarBasic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and/or CanvaClear and compelling communication skills, with strong copy writing capabilitiesGreat organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of the building product industry, construction, and/or interior design is a plusTEAM VALUESDo you align with our values and our goals?
