In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

Lead project pursuit teams, manage pursuit processes and follow quality procedures for document production for full pursuit lifecycle, including interview preparation and coaching.Work with internal Client Managers and Teams in the development of marketing strategies, client development plans, and pursuit capture planningConduct pursuit capture planning and proposal coordination meetings with technical teamsConceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentationsManage and produce virtual interviewsDevelop and implement procedures and processes for identification, screening and selection of pursuitsDevelop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materialsWrite non-technical text, and edit and proofread marketing collateralProvide storyboarding and message development for proposalsBe responsible for timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communicationsCoordinate professional association events, including developing conference concepts, promotions and artworkMonitor client and industry websites for solicitation statusFile pursuit materials upon submittal in accordance with HDR guidelinesSupport management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboardsMaintain accurate project and resume data in business development systemsAdminister the implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of AuthoritySupport creation of marketing collateral to support business development efforts.Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices create marketing collateral to support business development effortsArticulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages.Participate in SMPS, WTS and other professional organizations as appropriate.Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism or related fieldA minimum of 5 years proposal marketing expereince, perferably in A/E/CStrong computer skills, creative/graphic design skills and use of other media in marketing proposals, presentations and related collateral materialsCan work independently and cooperatively with diverse teams, as well as area, regional, and national technical managers and project staffRequires little of no direction in are a specalizationMust exhibit proficient technical computer skills, advanced knowledge of communication theory and basic layout and design principlesDeep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional servicesAbility and desire to travel and engage with others in-personHighly articulate, have a clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good decision-making abilitiesLocal candidates preferred

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignDemonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversightWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
