Data Solutions Developer/Data Visualization SME- REMOTE

DSA is in search of an exceptionally skilled Data Solutions Developer with extensive Power BI development experience possessing an active secret clearance. This work is currently HYBRID but must be within a commutable distance to Aberdeen, MD. May require attendance for meetings and collaberation sessions.
Required QualificationsHighly proficient in data visualization design/data modeling/data science
* Highly proficient in development of Power BI solutions
* Experience with data lakes such as Army Vantage
* Proficient in SharePoint Online (SPO)
* Experience with Army 365 (A365) or Microsoft Office 365
* Solid understanding of requirements gathering process and customer engagement
* COMPTIA Security + certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)
* Computing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400 other related certifications can be considered) - Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)

Experience managing Power BI Premium WorkspacesProject management experience including requirements gathering, customer engagement, and formal documentation of effortsMicrosoft Office skills especially PowerPointExperience with Power BI and SharePoint in the US Army unclassified network or DoD environmentExperience using project management tools e.g. MS Project and JIRAUnderstanding of agile and waterfall software development modelsProficient in Power Apps and Power Automate solution developmentProficient with Model-Driven app development and DataverseExperience with MS Power Suite, including Power Apps and Power Automate

Define, model, and deliver connections to standard Army data sourcesEstablish and maintain connections through the data gateway, create ETL as required and utilize Dataverse and data warehouses as neededDesign and deliver common dashboards/reportsEvolve the existing data framework platform to provide enterprise repeatable capabilitiesPower BI solution developmentPower BI Premium Workspace managementData model developmentAlignment of SharePoint Online, M365, SharePoint and other solutions to data modelBuilding data environment to support existing and emerging data visualization and metrics requirementsWorking with customers to define and document requirementsStakeholder communications including formal and informal presentationsDevelop data visualization solutionsDefine and communicate technical project plans, roadmaps, and schedulesCreation of dashboards/Business Intelligence (BI) based on key performance indicators and customer requirements
