team is seeking a 20-hour/week marketing and sales assistant to support our team of three very active full-time advisors. This role is 75% remote and 25% in-person. Ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional administrative, marketing and sales support, we would love to hear from you.Job TypePart-time (occasional in-person meetings required in territory: Portland, ME - Beverly, MA - Manchester, NH)ResponsibilitiesAssist three (3) senior living advisors with communication with existing and new clients and senior living community contactsMaintain accuracy of information in proprietary database for our referral partners and senior living partners in ME, NH and MA.Database managementAssist with the development and inventory of digital and print marketing collateral and content (e.g. PowerPoint, newsletters, emails, social media, website content)Operations support - creating/executing/maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes.Coordinate and design business development initiatives for referral partnersCommunication with referral sources to further develop relationshipsAssist with accounts payable/receivable/expense reportingPerform other related duties as assigned.Ideal ExperienceIdeal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills; attention to detail; ability to prioritize work; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint.Current drivers license, reliable transportation, phone and internet access required.Bachelors degree preferred.Healthcare/senior living industry experience preferred.Sales & Marketing experience preferred.Compensation$30 - $34 based on experience; Mileage reimbursement provided for all required transportation.Schedule20 hours per week; Ideally 4hrs/5 days per week but flexible.Ability to complete work, communicate via email, have Zoom meetings etc. during business hours Monday Friday (8AM 5PM)PhysicalPrimary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.About Oasis Senior Advisors of ME, NH & The North ShoreWe provide FREE guidance to the seniors and their families.At Oasis Senior Advisors, our certified Maine, New Hampshire and North Shore MA senior living advisors help families find the perfect home.
