Project CoordinatorProject Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Studio Leads to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and milestones for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling project status inquiries.About the RoleEnsure that each request has the tools it needs to meet project milestonesCreate project schedules that include materials estimates and resource needs to be submitted to managementAssist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for Studio LeadsWork within project management software solutionsWork with team members and clients to handle project issues as they ariseLiaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectivesEnsuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolvesBreak projects into doable actions via templates and set timeframes withAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule managementAnalyze risks and opportunitiesUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresAbout YouCollege degree in Marketing Communications or Business Administration or related field (preferred)Project Management Certification (preferred)1 - 3 years + agency (or corporate/in-house) experience in Account or Project Management role.A self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervisionDemonstrated an understanding of project management conceptsStrong knowledge of written and digital project management toolsProven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar roleExperience in project management, from conception to deliveryAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plansExperience using Workfront (Work Management Software) a plus.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong client-facing and teamwork skills#LI-D2EWhat's in it For You?You will join our inclusive culture of world-class talent, where we are committed to your personal and professional growth through:Hybrid Work Model:
