WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?

As

the Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

,

you'll

be part of a

dynamic team

utilizing

the Marketing Tech stack to lead product marketing initiatives

and

go-to-market strategy

.

You'll

be the Marketo SME for the team, which includes managing current campaigns, program & campaign planning, customer journeys, and other related

initiatives.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Drive strategic alignment as the Marketing Technology/Marketo SME,

ensuring tools and systems are

optimized

to support growth and scalabilityCollaborate cross-functionally with product,

sales

and operations teams

to drive cohesive and impactful

campaigns and support sales enablement activitiesLead the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks and

dashboards, enabling the marketing team to track, measure, and

optimize

performance with precisionTranslate complex data into actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions and ensuring

that marketing efforts are targeted, effective, and aligned with business objectivesCreate

and implemen

t

processes that scale with company growth, focusing on

automation, workflow optimization, and seamless execution of marketing strategiesDevelop audience segmentation, including lifecycle stages and personas

in order to

strengthen the various

customer journeys and impact pipeline movementConduct Customer Journey Mapping exercises regularly to document existing processes as well as to

locate

gaps and make plans to

optimize

via campaigns, engagements, reports, and dashboardsBuild and manage dashboards across the various

systems to provide real-time reporting outputs that are centralized and allow for easy for stakeholders to

Bachelor's

degree

marketing

experience

required

including significant, relevant experience in

marketing operations and automation, with proven

expertise

in launching and measuring

automation campaigns across a variety of

MarTech

platform2+ years of hands-on, relevant experience with Marketo

required

(examples

include

having prior experience

as

a Marketo

istrator

, led or have been a part of Marketo integrations, led scoring, built multi-channel programs and or MQL systems)

as well as strong audience segmentation skillsStrong

(preferably Salesforce or similar)Prior experience managing multiple complex marketing programs from conception to launch, with strong program execution skills

Hybrid : This role requires a hybrid schedule where 2 days a week are onsite in our Boston, MA location during the week. Candidates must reside in MA or RI and be willing to meet this requirement in order to be considered.
