Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee the development of responses to RFQs, RFPs, and presentations. The Marketing Coordinator will lead the strategy, design, coordination, editing, layout, and production of qualifications packages and proposals. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience demonstrating a unique ability to lead a team in developing sector-specific marketing content, including narratives and photography for proposals. Our new Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Coordinator, and Communication Specialist to manage and produce industry and project-specific award submissions while partnering with the operations team to complete an effective internal handoff and ensure project success. We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in fast-paced environments, who can be analytical in their approach to solving challenges, and who has a keen interest in measuring success. What You’ll Do:

Oversee proposal preparations and provide coordination and assistance for proposal/pursuit marketing efforts across the DMV region.Lead the efforts in the planning, designing, and submitting award submittals and project proposals with quick deadlines/turnaroundsTransition proposal/pursuit submissions into a PowerPoint presentation and guide the team for client interviewsWrite, edit, and proof high-quality content to leverage for internal and external communications across print and digital platforms.Lead and support the day-to-day marketing oversight of the company website using the CMS - keeping content relevant, current, and accurate.Work alongside the Communication Specialist to support all company and project events.What You Bring to The Table:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirementA minimum of 3 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industryProficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent written and verbal skills, ability to effectively communicate and present informationOrganized, with great attention to detail and a deep understanding of MCN’s brand, ensuring all marketing materials align with MCN’s voice and messagingAbility to work well with coworkers, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and designersTeam player, who can take initiative, self-guide, and help lead the company’s pursuit effortsInnovative, intuitive, perceptive, and can grasp concepts quicklyEnjoys working and being busyPerforms well under pressureBasic understanding of photography and the ability to capture visual content

What We Offer:
