We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a Marketing Manager, you are passionate about building strong customer relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing projects . Your creative thinking and analytical mindset will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing our customer marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Drive engagement of subscribers post-signup through lifecycle marketing campaigns.Execute email marketing and SMS campaigns through Klayvio/Attentitve.Report on business metrics using tools like Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klayvio, Attentive, Recharge, Ordergroove, and other apps.Collaborate with other departments as necessary to monitor campaigns, develop reports, metrics, and analysis of marketing programs to measure ROI and program effectiveness.Measure, analyze, and report lifecycle campaign performance and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance briefs to marketing leadership.Measure KPIs such as LTV and CRM and how they impact the Subscription Revenue GoalsUnderstand the different customer segments along the subscriber journey tailoring strategies and meeting their needs.Develop and execute automated lifecycle marketing journeys and campaigns across our marketing channels in order to engage and retain subscribers, with a strong focus on onsite, notifications, in-app, and email marketing.Test and improve on-site flows for subscription upgrades, and save to maximize subscriber relationshipManage macro and micro-segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagementRequirements:

Bachelors in Marketing1-3 years of professional work experienceMust has E-commerce experienceLifecycle Marketing: Proficiency in creating and executing customer journey campaigns for engagement and retention.Automation Tools: Skilled in using Klayvio, Attentive, and similar platforms for email and SMS campaigns.Analytics and Reporting: Ability to analyze data from Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, etc., and provide actionable insights.Cross-functional Collaboration: Effective teamwork and communication to align on goals and optimize strategies.Segmentation and Personalization: Expertise in segmenting and tailoring messaging for different customer groupsJoining our team comes with a range of exciting benefits to support your health, well-being, and professional growth, including:
