Summary of Role:

The Neuroscience Marketing Leader will be at the forefront of commercial strategy and execution for the launch of our neuroscience imaging agents, with a particular focus on Alzheimer's disease. This role demands a visionary leader adept in commercialization, marketing, and developing a shared vision for our company's Neuroscience portfolio externally and internally.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as launch leader for the Neuroscience imaging portfolioLead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for our diagnostic imaging agents to meet/exceed brand objectives and performance targetsDrive awareness, adoption, and market penetration of our product in the Alzheimer's space.Implement metrics with leading and lagging indicators to effectively assess and measure brand strategy and tactical execution effectiveness.Lead the crafting of brand assets, inclusive of branded and unbranded, to promote and secure a leadership position in Neuroscience imaging.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, medical affairs, Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical, Finance, Business Insights & Analytics to align marketing efforts with product development and business objectives.Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry influencers to enhance product credibility and drive adoption.Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the Alzheimer's diagnostics landscapeAnalyze and translate customer and market insights to identify brand opportunities and challenges.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as neededManage the marketing budget to plan and ensure investment spend aligns to strategic objectives.Manage and lead Marketing Directors and foster professional development and career progression.Manage third-party agencies to ensure strategic alignment and execution of programs and tactics in a timely fashion and on budget.Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with pharmaceutical regulatory and legal compliance.This role will report directly to the Vice President, Commercial Innovation and will build and lead a team of direct reports. This position is highly visible within the Lantheus organization and requires thoughtful collaboration and purposeful engagement with the cross-functional leadership team.Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing within the diagnostic imaging or healthcare sector, with a strong focus on Alzheimer's or neurodegenerative diseasesUndergraduate degree required / MBA degree preferred.Minimum of 12+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experienceMinimum 10 + years of leadership experience.Neuroscience Marketing experience required.A passion for brand building and proven experience successful launches.Demonstrated understanding and fluency of the business drivers, dynamics, and regulations within institutional settings, radiopharmaceuticals, and the healthcare industry.Demonstrated strong business analytic ability to analyze data as well as develop, execute, and adjust business plans.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively deliver executive presentations.Routine travel (approximately 25%) as necessary or required based on business need (including for visiting customers in-person and mandatory in-person travel), which may include overnight and/or weekend travel and regularly flying on airplanes.Core Values:
