We are looking to add a Southern California based Field Marketing Manager to our team!

LOCATION: Must reside in Southern California

REPORTS TO : Senior Field Marketing Manager

PAY:

$60,000-$70,000 + 50% commission at target

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

Local Market Analysis:

Conduct market researchidentify opportunities for growthdevelop and execute marketing plans tailored to the regional marketCampaign Development:

Partner with the Creative team to design effective marketing materialsCollaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment in overall brand strategyDesign and implement marketing campaignEvent Planning and Execution:

Plan and coordinate local events, community engagement and promotional activitiesManage logistics, budgets and executionCoordinate the promotion of local events and engagement via social mediaPartnerships and Networking:

Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers and community organizationsLeverage partnerships to enhance brand presence and drive new customer generationRegularly distribute marketing materials to local business partnersBudget Management:

Manage and allocate the regional marketing budget efficientlyTrack expenditures and ensure all activities are cost effectiveWork with Center Managers to determine optimal field marketing initiativesPerformance Tracking:

Continuous monitoring of KPI's and resultsWeekly business reviews with managerProduce results effectively in a fast-paced environment with an action-oriented mindset.REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

Bachelors' degree or 3+ years experience in Pet Care, Hospitality, or SalesExperience with Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or a territory Sales PositionProven and documented record of meeting and exceeding goalsExperience with launching marketing and/or sales campaignsExperience working in a role with matrix structured leadershipSkills:

Strong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management)Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsMust be a fast learner, and possess a strong sense of urgencyAbility to foster ongoing collaborative relationships cross functionally with field leadership and support center personnel

Other:

Must be passionate and knowledgeable about pets!Willingness to travel 50%-75% to centers within designated regionMust have reliable transportation and clean driving recordAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events and campaignsMust be able to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time and lift at least 40lbsMust be able to work in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, animal dander and excretions.
