Job Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Elevate Group, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, playing a key role in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives across our family of brands including EVO Entertainment, ShowBiz Cinemas, Violet Crown & Times Square Grand Slam. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of creative marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:Support the Marketing Director and overall marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across various channels.Assist in the updating of website content and film planning as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are met and aligned with company goals.Contribute to the creation of compelling and engaging marketing content across multiple platforms.Manage marketing collateral and delivery of marketing materials at HQ and across all venues.Stay informed about industry trends to enhance our brand presence.Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication for successful event execution.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.Assist in project management of marketing projects: define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with marketing strategies, daily task reviews, and conduct post-project evaluations.Capture key insights during meetings, compile comprehensive recaps, and transform those notes into actionable tasks.Collaborate with and manage relationships with external vendors.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.Maintain open communication with team members to foster a collaborative and innovative marketing environment.Act as a brand ambassador to help ensure all activations and marketing materials are up to date and presented properly across venues.Other duties as assigned.Skills + Abilities included but not limited to:
