What You’ll Do:Create & Innovate : Design eye-catching brochures, presentations, case studies, website content, and engaging social media posts.Event Maestro : Organize and potentially participate in exciting marketing events like webinars, trade shows, golf events, conferences, and seminars.Market Savvy : Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback, and report on the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.Team Collaborator : Work closely with sales and engineering teams to provide them with top-notch marketing and communication tools.Proposal Pro : Manage the entire proposal process, from crafting compelling proposals to preparing for interviews and organizing pre-bid meetings.Strategic Planner : Oversee proposal strategies, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFQ guidelines and deadlines.Content Creator : Write, revise, and proofread texts for qualifications, proposals, and presentations.Opportunity Seeker : Monitor web-based bid sites to identify new opportunities.Brand Guardian : Use our corporate branding guidelines to create distinctive and competitive visual and textual content.Database Manager : Maintain and update our CRM system and marketing database.What You’ll Bring:
Education & Experience : A bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, and self-driven professional growth, preferably in the AEC industry.Communication Skills : Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content.Organizational Skills : Strong project management abilities, with the talent to multitask and meet deadlines.Creative & Analytical Mindset : A blend of creative thinking and analytical skills to solve problems and generate fresh ideas.Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software, along with knowledge of SEO, social media, and digital marketing tools.Flexibility : Willingness to travel occasionally and attend marketing events.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required.
