About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior UX Designer to join our Digital team. This individual will to lead the creation of intuitive and impactful user experiences across Tailored Brands' digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that drive business value and enhance customer engagement. In this role, you will also mentor junior designers, provide leadership in design projects, and contribute to the evolution of our design systems.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities• Lead mid-sized UX/UI design projects from concept to execution within a focused product domain, ensuring alignment with both immediate business goals and long-term user needs.• Advise and guide junior designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and actionable insights to accelerate their professional growth and improve design outcomes• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure designs are aligned with business goals, user needs, and technical capabilities for seamless execution.• Provide solutions to complex user experience challenges by conducting in-depth research, usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize designs.• Persuade and collaborate with stakeholders by presenting and defending design solutions, supported by user research and data-driven insights, fostering alignment across teams.• Manage complex situations by balancing competing priorities, addressing project challenges, and delivering solutions that meet user and business needs.• Contribute to the evolution of a federated design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across all digital touchpoints.• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Skills & Experience• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on digital products.• Bachelor's degree in UX-related field (HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design) or equivalent experience.• Experience leading design initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.• Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies, including Jobs to be Done (JTBD), user personas, and journey mapping.• Advanced skills in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to stakeholders.

The starting salary for this position is $92,800 - $142,300 and may increase to $177,900 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
