The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by developing new territory, establishing strong referral networks, signing up clients for care services, and securing contracts to support our agency's growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Maintain Referral Partner RelationshipsIdentify, approach, and build strong relationships with referral partners such as healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations.Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to maintain and strengthen these partnerships.Sign Up New Elderly Clients for Home Care ServicesEngage with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and offer suitable home care solutions.Guide clients through the sign-up process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Achieve Quarterly and Annual Revenue TargetsDevelop and execute strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.Monitor progress and adjust tactics as needed to stay on track.Conduct Market Research to Identify Potential Clients and PartnersAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients and partnersCollaborate with the Caregiving Team to Ensure High-Quality Service DeliveryWork closely with the caregiving team to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care.Provide feedback and support to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.Daily Activities Making outbound calls and visits to potential referral partners and clientsScheduling and conducting meetings with referral partnersFollowing up on leads and maintaining a detailed CRMAttending networking events and community functionsPreparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and partnersSell and sign up prospects to be clientsCollaborating with the caregiving team to address client needsTracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metricsRequired Skills and CompetenciesStrong communication skillsRelationship-building expertiseSales and negotiation skillsCustomer service orientationGoal-oriented mindsetKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Annual Revenue Generation: Generate $750,000 in annual revenueQuarterly Billable Hours (After Ramp-Up): Achieve 480 billable hours per quarterQuarterly Revenue (After Ramp-Up): Achieve $220,000 in quarterly revenueChurn: Keep it low at under 3.5%RequirementsPreferred QualificationsMasters in Social Work- MSW (preferred)2+ years marketing and sales experience in home care, home health, hospice, assisted living, hospital or related organizationsAn established and working network of home care referral sourcesProven track record of generating $600,000 in annual revenueExperience developing new territories from 0 hours to 400 weekly hoursConsistently achieved 100% of monthly and quarterly quotasSecured at least one contract (staffing or provider) per quarterEstablished a book of 25 referral partners from scratchSuccessfully signed up clients who were arranging for careDemonstrated ability to build revenues through cold calling and referral relationshipsIncreased billable hours from client referrals by 40 hours quarterlyCompensation & Benefits :Salary + uncapped commissions with acceleratorMedical & Dental Insurance Concierge doctor membership10 days PTO6 Paid Holidays "CareWorks Health Services is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer - Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age.
