Creative Marketing

Bell is searching for a Graphic Designer to join the Creative and Content Team. This role is integral to our Marketing department, where you'll have the opportunity to create engaging designs for brand campaigns and marketing initiatives. In this role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring compelling visuals to life across various platforms. With your expertise in corporate design and a strong creative eye, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact on our brand.

What you’ll be doing as a Graphic Designer

Create visually compelling designs for brand campaigns and marketing initiatives, including sales materials, collateral, promotions, event and tradeshow materials, premium, digital efforts, and executive presentations

Support Design Manager with developing creative concepts, ensuring creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.

Understand print-production principles, capable of setting up design files for production and comfortable communicating print requirements with stakeholders.

Skilled in photography techniques, including able to assist with requests like photo editing, manipulation, and color correction.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders throughout the creative process, helping gain alignment and necessary approvals on technical, business and marketing objectives.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time with ad hoc requests.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques and incorporate them into creative efforts with a passion for solving design problems while wearing multiple hats and owning all facets of assigned design projects (conceptualization, design, production).

Qualifications

Skills You Bring To this Role

Experience as a creative contributor, with a portfolio that showcases highly impactful work across 360 brand campaigns. This includes print, packaging, digital, web, social, event, premium, and presentation.

Exceptional skills in typography, color theory, composition, and conceptual design.

Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.

Strong multi-tasking and project management software skills with attention to detail, and technical and design knowledge.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortability working independently in a collaborative environment and taking feedback as needed.

What you need to be successful

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design, or related.

3 years of professional design experience.

Experience in aeronautical, defense, or high-end product design industries is preferred.
