Primary Responsibilities:

Travel to company-generated appointments with homeowners - no cold calling or door knocking!

Perform product demonstrations, discuss custom quotes, and close sales during in-home consultations

Embody honesty and integrity while employing a value-based selling process

Compensation and Benefits:

Current consultants earn $150k - $250k+ yearly

100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential!

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)

Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours to appointments (required)

Ability to carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials (required)

Capable of navigating applications on an iPad (required)

Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process

Previous outside sales experience is a plus

Schedule:

Evening and weekend availability (required)

Full-time schedule with flexibility on a weekly basis
