Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.This position will assist our national Aviation group to direct the development of the company's marketing communication staff including proposal managers and coordinators, as well as marketing editorial staff. Responsible for strategic direction and guidance relating to the development of proposals, statements of qualifications, and related business development submittals in accordance with industry standards and company marketing strategies with a specific region or nationally.Responsibilities include:Monitoring staff's implementation of established procedures for work processes and quality control, ensuring that content and graphics standards are met, that innovative and creative thinking are incorporated into marketing documents, and that prepared submissions are of high quality, competitive, and fully compliant with client RFP/Q requirements.Reviewing all proposals, qualifications statements, and related marketing materials for quality and compliance prior to submission.Monitoring proposal schedules and assisting proposal managers/coordinators in solving problems that may arise with management and technical staff schedule compliance.Providing input on strategic initiatives for specific offices/regions or nationally.Providing input regarding hiring, terminations, advancement, promotion, and other changes in marketing proposal staff status.Compensation Range:$109,063.00 - $145,418.00At STV, we are fully committed to expanding our culture of diversity and inclusion.
