Within Gartner's Corporate Marketing group, the Marketing Solutions Sr. Project Manager (MSSPM) is responsible for delivering on-target, in-scope, on-brand delivery of the Global Technology Sales (GTS) Marketing team's prioritized initiatives as defined via dedicated teams planning sessions and communicated by the GTS Marketing Solutions Lead. The MSSPM role requires outstanding project management, organization, and communication skills.

Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.The MSSPM will coordinate closely with the GTS Marketing Solution Lead to understand which projects to deliver and when, they will also coordinate with the dedicated cross-functional team members to develop informed project plans, tasks and progress communication.What you will do:Deliver on GTS Marketing's prioritized projects and initiativesDevelop project schedule and workflowsIdentify project requirements and technical feasibilityManage key client interactions such as kick-offs, reviews, and business partner approvals to ensure timely project progressContribute to Pod roadmap development with project knowledge and resource capacity understandingCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationManage project timelines and key milestones to consistently meet or exceed client expectationsReview client change requests and respond with schedule, level of effort, and budget implicationsPresent creative executions and capture feedbackRepresent the interests of the BU in interactions with cross-functional team membersIdentify and recommend opportunities to leverage reuse of past materials or direct business partners to self-service opportunitiesDeliver consistent project status communications to both BUs and dedicated team membersContribute to Marketing Solutions Lead analysis of campaign data and support determined optimizationsCollaborate with Marketing Solutions Lead to design new and optimize existing processes and contribute new ideas to process development and trainingLead breakout meetings with smaller groups of subject-matter-experts to run through statuses and next steps to ensure health of the project pipeline, escalating to Marketing Solutions lead when necessaryAutonomously own and manage lower tier projects including relationship with junior business partnersEnsure all reports, milestones, and tasks are updated in project management tool for Marketing Solutions LeadManage day-to-day SME transitions between projects, escalate capacity concerns to Marketing Solutions Lead with proposed solutioning for C- and D- tiered projectsManage workflows and deadlines involving freelance resources; escalate out-of-scope changes and requests to Marketing Solutions Lead and practice managerWhat you will need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and years of experience6 + years industry experience in project managementExcellent people and project management skills including project plan developmentExcellent resource management skillsKnowledge of cross-function marketing areas of expertise (content, paid media, web, multimedia)Knowledge and understanding of video production process preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitaskingPreferred Education and Experience:Project management certification (e.g. CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe)Adobe Workfront experienceMarketing project management experienceWho are we?At Gartner, Inc.
