Some of the things you will do as a Technical Writer

Writing, reviewing, and revising Quality documents, including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), complaint investigations, change orders, and training materialsMaintain records and files (paper and electronic)Lead cross functional documentation projects as requested and under the direction of the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs ManagerWrite clearly and concisely to meet the needs of the target audienceEnsure documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. good documentation practices, GDPs, and current good manufacturing practices, cGMPs)All other duties as assigned

What education and experience you will bring to HCL

Experience in a cGMP setting preferredPrevious quality assurance experience is a plusFamiliarity with medical device expectations (i.e., CFR 820 and/or ISO 13485) is a plusExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsMultitasking abilityAttention to detailExperience working in a self-driven, performance/results oriented, fast paced collaborative environmentExcellent critical and analytical skillsBS/BA degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years of experience
