Responsibilities include managing the Marketing Systems vendor portfolio, partnering with finance for budget planning, collaborating with analytics for forecasting, and training & enabling the marketing team on procurement and budget management processes.Job Duties:
Manage the Marketing Systems vendor portfolio including:
Maintaining the vendor database for Marketing & Marketing SystemsInitiating renewal conversations and exploring alternative vendorsPartnering with procurement to negotiate vendor ratesEvaluating potential new vendors
Partner closely with Finance counterparts to:
Produce an Annual Operating PlanComplete quarterly spend plansDesign effective budgeting policies and proceduresOptimize budget management tools
Partner with Analytics counterparts to:
Plan and execute the quarterly spend & KPI forecasting processGenerate comprehensive forecasting modelsEnable Marketing team in timely forecasting
Train & enable the marketing team on procurement and budget management processesCoach & upskill a team of analysts responsible for various budgeting operationsTo succeed in this role you must have:
Experience managing marketing budgets and strategic planningStrong interpersonal skillsComfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environmentsStrong planning, analytical, and communication skillsExperience in process design and project managementExcellent presentation skillsHighly organized and autonomousEducation and Training:
5 years of experience in marketing operations or financeUnderstanding of marketing business conceptsExperience with ROI strategies and metricsExtensive knowledge of Excel or Google SheetsWhat we offer:
