Description: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position supports the sales and marketing team with all marketing and administrative functions. This role is largely tactical, executing against specific instructions from the marketing manager or fulfilling inbound requests for marketing support and materials.
Responsibilities: Conferences 30%Edit invitations and postcards for events and conferences.Order and ship materials for conferences and client appreciation eventsSort conference call and attendee lists and send to sales teamsPresentations and Marketing Materials 50%Print, bind, and ship client and sales presentations.Update client, advisor, and prospect contact information in CRMUpdate content on websiteMake edits to marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials.Handle mass mailingsAssist with event planningRoute materials to compliance and track approvalAdditional Marketing Activities 20%Perform administrative and support taskssomeone with project managerment experience is perferredsales force expreience is a plus.
Job Skills and Knowledge: High School DiplomaBachelor’s Degree preferredExcellent writing and proofreading skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong communications skillsAbility to multi-task time-sensitive projectsKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs required (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign is stongly encouraged.Working knowledge of financial terms a plusDetail oriented mindset
