Manage a team of content producers. Coach producers in publishing, maintaining, and retiring website content and help them to set and measure goals.

Optimize content workflows. Streamline content publication processes for efficiency and team success.

Drive web content expansion. Develop and execute strategic content expansion initiatives, including acquisitions, owned and partner events, and affiliate content.

Shape content technology. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for our CMS, digital asset management, and other content technology solutions.

Champion self-service authoring tools. Lead the adoption of self-service authoring tools through onboarding, training, and support.

Foster a collaborative team environment. Cultivate a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters open communication, creativity, and innovation.

6+ years of experience in content leadership

Proven ability to develop, implement, and assess content performance metrics

Deep understanding of web analytics, SEO best practices, and content marketing principles

Experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, engineering)

Excellent project management skills and the ability to delegate effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points if you have:Experience with headless CMS systems like Contentful

Experience with content migration project

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidates skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $161,100 - $214,800Zone B: $145,000 - $193,300Zone C: $133,700 - $178,300This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
