The Communication Project Manager/Lead supports our client's legal team based in Malvern, PA. This is a hybrid position requiring you to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (remote on Mon/Fri!). It is a contract position, expected to last 3-6 months, with potential for extension/conversion based on business needs. In this role you will be communicating with business partners, tracking multiple projects, and managing the client relationships. Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee and manage communication projects related to legal notices and fund changes for 401(k) participants, including distribution via print and multi-channel (email) methods.
Documentation Handling: Manage and distribute a high volume of documents (approx. 50 projects), ensuring legal reviews are completed and communications are accurate.
Fund Changes: Coordinate and communicate fund additions or removals to plan sponsors and ensure all required notices are included.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of 10 project leads and 2 education leads to manage client communications and project delivery.
Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication.
Process Improvement: Focus on process efficiencies and manage multiple projects at various stages, addressing any grammatical or spelling errors and aligning with company culture.
Experience and Skills Required:
2-5 years of experience in a similar role
College degree preferred
strong collaborative, optimistic, and high-volume handling skills
