Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team buildingEnsure team meets BAL strategic driversTrain staff members on proper leasing techniques and resident serviceEnsure property performance is maximized, including walking the grounds and inspecting apartmentsTour visitors and guests to show amenities, apartments, models, community, etc.Conduct regular performance appraisals and address any employee relations or associate concernsMaintain complete and accurate associate files and a high level of associate satisfactionConduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staffDevelop and administer community budget, and evaluate unit prices in accordance with the market and budget goalsDevelop an annual marketing plan and conduct marketing reviews monthlyObtain bids for all contract services and oversee routine capital projectsHold responsibility for 35% of leasing activitiesRegular attendance and punctualityWhat you bring to our team:

BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combinationSuccessful supervisory experience3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferredThe ability to build, lead, and serve on teamsAdvanced mathematical skills and ability to analyze and explain financial reportsStrong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS ExcelSuperior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer serviceStrong time management skills and the ability to multi-task requiredKnowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other similar programs preferredDemonstration of Bell Core ValuesPhysical requirements of the job:
