We have been retained by our client, a growing Architecture firm in the San Diego area, to find a
Marketing Coordinator . This individual will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives, coordinating proposal submissions, maintaining digital presence, and creating a variety of marketing materials.
Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Duties:Design and produce marketing collateral such as proposals, presentations, and brochures using design software.Identify and track new business opportunities, managing leads and follow-up communications.Maintain and update the firm's social media channels and website with fresh content and project information.Act as a liaison between the firm and media outlets, as well as with marketing teams from partner companies.Assist with organizing company events and participate in regular marketing meetings to discuss strategies and progress.Requirements:2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the A/E/C sector.Experience managing RFQ/RFP submissions and coordinating proposal processes.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office for marketing and administrative tasks.Experience managing social media and website platforms.Creative mindset with a focus on visual & written storytelling and clear communication.
