The Assistant Director of Content Production will assist the Content Development Team with the development and execution of video, graphic design, and social media content for the Loyola Athletics Department.Responsibilities

Help produce in-game video and graphics content that will be used to create an engaging fan experience to drive ticket sales, as well as leverage sponsorships.Assist with the design and execution of creative content, consistent with brand strategy, aiming to drive and enhance revenue through fan engagement, brand awareness, and sponsorship strategy.Help monitor and analyze social media analytics to inform Loyola's strategy and best practices.Help coordinate any “pre” and “post” production of video and graphics projects including but not limited to scripting, audio recording, lighting, and posting to all digital/social media/website platforms.Provide support on game-day as videoboard operator/director for Loyola Athletics events in Gentile Arena or as social media manager, as needed.Assist in the creation and delegation of a social media content calendar.Other projects and duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Sports Management or a related field required. One to three years of experience working in new media platforms in a professional setting.
